I was born in 1970 and I’m still not dead, which is fine by me. I’ve worked in horticulture since leaving school while all my friends got jobs with computers and now earn 5 times as much as I do, but then again does money really make you happy? I’ll let you know when I get some. :))

I’ve been into photography on and off for many years now, starting with a simple Praktica SLR I got for my sixteenth birthday, but it’s only since turning digital a couple of years ago I’ve become really serious about my picture taking.

As well as photography I also do little sketching and watercolour painting and am a keen (although my wife would say obsessive! ) amateur astronomer.
